👉🏻 RECIPE TIPS
1) For more flavours, such as chocolate - you can add any flavour into the milk mixture prior folding and make sure to combine well
2) Do ensure Anchor Whipping Cream is properly chilled at 2C to 4C (use it straight from chiller) before whip.
3) For milk texture - Ensure to cool in temperature before folding it into the whipped cream, or you can also chill it prior mixing
